Wanted to see Gateshead popular places and this apartment was chilled-out base for exploring most of them. The location was perfect and unique, about 5 minutes drive to Discovery Museum. Moreover, it was so close to Gateshead, and Newcastle. Overall experience was very pleasant.

Great value for money with comfortable beds, a clean and well-furnished room. The bathroom and shower were top-notch. The location was perfect for exploring the area, just a short drive from the A1 and easily accessible by bus to Newcastle. The host was friendly and informative, although we didn't see him in person. Having Netflix and an iPod docking station was a great bonus.
The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

Convenient amenities like an electric kettle, fridge, and microwave were provided here. The ability to take a relaxing bath was a plus. I also liked having a small kitchenette 🍳 where I could whip up my own meals.

The apartment had a well-equipped kitchen, which was great for us as a family with small kids. We could easily prepare meals and store snacks in the fridge. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels kept us entertained during downtime. It was nice to have a variety of shows to choose from. The city views from the apartment were amazing. It added a nice touch to our stay and made us feel more connected to the location.
Personally, I found the tile/marble floor in the apartment a bit cold. Others might appreciate its modern look, but I prefer something cozier underfoot.

Always come back to my favorite spot. Great staff who found my forgotten earpods. Perfect place with Wi-Fi, free parking, kitchen, TV, express check-in/out. VIP treatment. Golf nearby. No pets or smoke. Ideal for a romantic escape. No regrets, just bliss.

The location of the hotel was great, just a short drive from the A1 and a quick bus ride into Newcastle. It was very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel was also furnished to a high standard and very clean. The bathroom and shower facilities were excellent, which made for a comfortable stay.
One downside was that the stairs were quite steep and there were a couple of flights to get to the main part of the property. This might be challenging for those with mobility issues.

We recently stayed at Docker's Digs for a short trip to explore the Newcastle area. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were furnished to a high standard. The host, Dylan, was friendly and provided us with helpful information, even though we didn't see him in person. We loved having access to Netflix and an iPod docking station in the room. The bathroom and shower were great, and the entire place was spotlessly clean. The location was convenient, just a short drive from the A1 and an easy bus ride into Newcastle. our stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and well-equipped.
Would recommend this hotel.

Great location, close to the A1 and easy to get to Newcastle. Stairs were such a fun challenge and I loved buying my own toilet roll and replacing my own tea. So much fun!
